Non-Cancellable items:

• Items marked as "Special Order", "Custom Finish" or "Custom Size" are non-cancellable, non returnable and non-refundable.
• Items marked as "Will ship within 24 hours" cannot be cancelled, as they may have been already packed/waiting at the shipping dock, or picked up by the carrier within a few minutes of order placement. We will update you with a tracking number as soon as it is available from the shipping docks.

All other "un-shipped" items may be cancelled within 2 hours of order placement.
