Important notes regarding USPS shipments
Important notes for USPS shipments:
Most "Standard Ground (10-14 days)" orders are shipped via "US Postal Service (USPS)" service.
If you received our automated email with a USPS tracking number but the tracking details show only "Shipping Label created, USPS awaiting item", rest assured, the carrier has picked it up.
Our packages get picked up every weekday by each carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS). While FedEx or UPS packages get immediattely scanned upon pickup and reported on their online tracking system, USPS lags behind on scanning and reporting the correct tracking status online. We do understand that it is frustrating to not see where your package is at any moment. Regardless, once the package has been picked up by USPS, they are eventually delivered on-time irrespective of their online tracking status.
