Shopping at homedecorhardware.com was an excellent experience. They were very timely and responsive to our phone questions before we made the purchase of $3,000 of door hardware. Phone response to questions is very important because if we dont understand the product or its availability enough, we will not buy it on-line. They also called us back to ask if we wanted all deadbolts keyed alike which we did. We were glad they asked the question so that the items have all the same key when they arrive. This was my first experience shopping for cabinet hardware. I started by looking at Lowes and Home Depot and was surprised at how costly pulls and knobs were. Since I was buying the hardware for a home that I was having built, I paid a lot of attention to the quality and style of the pulls. I went online searching for high quality and lower costs. I found several hardware sites but homedecorhardware.com was easily the lowest cost for the same pulls and knobs. The site was easy to shop and had high quality images of the hardware. After making my final hardware choices, I placed the order which was as easy as any other site I have ordered from. I also received a 5% discount by clicking on the link at the top of the home page (do that prior to placing your order). I received a confirmation email within a couple of minutes. I marked a 4 for delivery because it took 2 weeks for the order to arrive. Not a fast delivery but I did not need it quickly so did not mind. I received an email a couple of days prior to the arrival advising me that it had shipped. A UPS tracking number was given to follow the shipment. On inspection of the pulls and knobs, I was very satisfied that they looked just as they did on my monitor when I shopped the website and the quality was the high quality I wanted in the hardware. They came individually wrapped with the screws included. I will definitely use this site again and will recommend it to my friends and family.
