Request Returns

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of products. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of original delivery date.

Home Decor Hardware, Inc. and its affiliates will not accept any returns for products shipped, re-routed or exported outside of USA.

RETURNS POLICY:

  • Non-Refundable Products: Note that items marked as "Special Order", "Custom Finish", "Custom Size" are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Authorized Returns only: All return requests must be submitted within 7-days of delivery date. After we receive your request, we will send you an email within 2-5 business days with specific "Return Instructions" and "Return Address". Returns must be sent to the exact warehouse address provided in the follow up email.

  • Warranty and Shipping/Damage Claims: Do not fill this form for non-receipt, damages, or warranty related issues. Follow instructions at "Warranty and Claims" section.

  • Ship in "original" packaging. Our warehouses will not accept returns in any other packaging. There should not be any markings on the outside of the packaging except for the new shipping label.

  • Ship in "original" condition. Our warehouses will not accept returns in opened or used condition or pre-installed. If you have opened the boxes or tried to install it, most likely it is non-returnable.

  • Take "pictures" of the product before returning. Please email (inquiries@homedecorhardware.com) as many pictures from as many different angles to show that the product is being shipped in original condition. If for some reason, our warehouses are not able to refund due to damaged shipment, they will take pictures of the return product and email it to you - so you can compare with your original pictures. Pictures will also help you in filing a claim with your shipping carrier. Make sure there are no scratches on any hardware components before returning.

  • "Prepay" and "Insure" your return shipment. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping and purchase proper insurance for your return shipment for the full value of the merchandise. Our warehouses will not accept COD returns and will not be responsible for poor packaging resulting in damaged shipments and no refund will be provided.

  • 30 Day Return Policy: Returns must be received at the designated warehouse within 30 days of original shipment date.

  • 25% Restocking Fee: A "Restocking Fee" will be applied to all returned merchandise.

  • Exchanges: All exchanges are treated as two separate transactions: i.e. "Returns" and "Re-order". You must fill out the attached "Return Request" form and place a new order for the correct item.

  • Refund: Refund will be provided with 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of returned merchandise. No refunds for opened boxes, used/installed items, or damaged items or poorly packaged shipments.
    Your refund will be calculated as follows:

  • Unauthorized Returns (Returns without prior authorization, Undeliverable and/or Refused Shipments): Any orders that are returned without prior written authorization, or un-deliverable by carrier, or refused by customer upon delivery or returned by carrier for non-payment of local customs duties and taxes (for international packages), will be charged a full 25% restocking fee + 2 times shipping charges + additional 10% processing fee, provided the merchandise arrives in good re-sellable condition.
